SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide. However, if you are outside of the United States, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands please contact us for shipping charges. Within the United States we ship exclusively by FedEx Ground. Please contact us for international shipping options. We generally try to ship within 5 business days of receiving your order. Out of stock items, engraved items, or custom orders may take longer. We will notify you of any delays upon receipt of your order. You may cancel your order, other than for engraved items or custom orders, at any time prior to shipping. If you provided us with an email address, we will send you tracking information upon shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone (770-667-3411). You may request a return (less shipping & handling) or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Engraved or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange. Exchanges or refunds will be processed upon our receipt of the undamaged item and in the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for a damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

DAMAGE POLICY

We rarely have damage of items in shipment. However, it does occasionally happen. Any claims for a damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package. Contact us by phone (770-667-3411) if your item has been damaged in shipment. Please save all packing and shipping materials as the shipper may wish to inspect these items. We will make every effort to quickly replace any damaged items.
